Macarena "Mac" Sansone - Co-Owner

Mac has been with the company since it started in May of 1993.  Excellence in customer satisfaction  is what we strive for and she works very hard behind the scenes in making sure that happens.   A priority that she is adamant about is making sure that the ladies feel comfortable when they come in.  Although she doesn't know too much about repairing cars, she has completed several certification courses in automotive management. Her specialty is book keeping, marketing and ultimately, happy clients. 

Max Gonzalez - Lead Technician

Max has been with the company for over eight years now. He has 30 years experience in the automotive industry and he is just about one of the most knowledgable techs you will ever come across. Whenever we get a "difficult" car that most others would scratch their heads over, Max always comes through and figures out the problem. He is truly an expert in the automotive field. He has a passion for cars and it certainly comes through in his work.

Chuck Raz - Service Manager

"Razmataz" as he is called, is our Service Manager at our Stephanie location.  Chuck moved from Portland Oregon in June of 2007 with his wife and kids.  He is an ASE certified tech and was previously working for an Independent Toyota shop back in Oregon.  Knowledgeable and friendly Chuck is always willing to go out of his way to accomodate our customers and strives hard to make sure they get the best service that they deserve.

Mike Sansone - Owner

Mike has been in the automotive field since 1984. He started working as a technician with his brother in law in his automotive shop in Camarillo CA. A few years later he went to work for Westlake Independent in Westlake Village, CA.  Four years after that he made the decision to make the move to Las Vegas with his family and to open up his very own shop.

  His goal, like the rest of the team has been to give great and honest service at an affordable price.

Meet The Staff

Gilberto Gonzalez - Porter

Gilbert is what we call the "glue" of the operation. He's been with us since we moved to Stephanie from the Pecos shop and he always has a happy face on. We don't know how we would do it without him. He will glady shuttle you to or from your destination, he picks up parts when needed, and consistently makes sure that things are running smoothly for everyone. Customers always comment on how much they appreciate Gilbert.

Glenn - Master Technician

Our newest addition to the team. Glenn moved from Alaska to enjoy the warmer weather here in Las Vegas.  He is a Factory Certified Master Technician specializing in  domestic vehicles.  He is the top notch perfomer that we have been long searching for and are fortunate to have him join us.

Mike Senior

Mike is the office administrator and has been with us since 1994. Mike helps out with all the bookeeping, filing and whatever is required in the office.  He is Mike's father which is why we call him "Mike Senior", and he really enjoys working with us and he is very much a great help in keeping everyone organized.
